Homeowner Loretta Johnson was hesitant at first to apply for Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County’s Preserve a Home Program. But thanks to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding from the City of Camarillo and the many volunteers who donated their time, the end result was amazing.
