This is a day of food, fun, games, drawings, prizes, and generating excitement around volunteerism in Ventura. It's fun for all ages!
We invite you to join our first annual Habitat Ventura Playhouse Build Blitz Event! Our Playhouse Build Bliz is a unique opportunity for multiple teams to work together to construct and decorate 25 children's playhouses, donated same-day to military and veteran families with small children in Ventura County.
Celebrating our Homes | Groundbreakings, Wall Raising, and Dedications
Every Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County home begins with a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the beginning of our partner family's journey of positive change with Habitat. Once the home has been completed, it is dedicated and presented to the new partner homeowners who purchase the home from Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County. This celebration of all the hard work and effort by the family, volunteers, and staff to build a new home is very special. Attendees include community partners, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and of course, the new homeowners!
